Additional charges:

  • Tourist tax: 2% of the net accommodation rate / person / day
  • Pet fee: 70 RON / pet – pets are accepted only by prior arrangement and reservation, in one of our first-floor rooms
  • Adult over 18 years of age: full package price + single-room supplement (accommodation in an extra bed is not available).
  • Children aged 2–14 are served a children’s menu.

Booking conditions:

  • A deposit of 50% of the package price is required within 7 days of making the reservation, payable via the EuPlatesc application or by bank transfer.
  • Guests may cancel their reservation for personal reasons without penalty no later than 10 days before the start of their stay. In this case, or if national regulations prevent the event from taking place, the deposit paid may be used towards a stay during another period.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be considered non-refundable and retained by the hotel. It cannot be refunded or used for another stay.

  • Tarife pentru copii:

    • Copiii cu vârsta sub 2 ani beneficiază de cazare gratuită (fără meniu pentru copii la cina festivă).
    • Pentru copiii cu vârsta între 2 și 6 ani: 864 RON/persoană/noapte, fără pat suplimentar.
    • Pentru copiii cu vârsta între 6 și 14 ani: 1.440 RON/persoană/noapte, fără pat suplimentar.
    • Pentru adolescenții cu vârsta între 14 și 18 ani se acordă o reducere de 10% din tariful integral.
